I am Lee Strasburger, the founder of Nine Lives Meditation. In my dedication to bringing peacefulness and healing into our turbulent world, I welcome you to this home. 

The practice of meditation inspires understanding the difference between reality and illusion. Such awareness can assist in the reduction of human suffering. Acceptance and resistance are choices we make to move forward or remain captive in our chaotic and materialistic existence.

I offer compassion-based guided weekly meditations, RAIN Meditation Practice, monthly Full Moon Meditations, as well as a monthly New Moon Community Sangha.

My classes offer shared community environments as well as private individual experiences.

Short courses are periodically offered.

Mindfulness Meditation offers shelter from the noise of the world outside and, through its practice, invites you into the beauty of inner spaciousness of mind. When taught correctly, it is a transformative experience as we remove judgement of ourselves and others. Beyond freeing us towards insights, revelation and inner calmness, Mindfulness Meditation mysteriously creates the naturally occurring equanimity of mind and body. 

I am privileged to offer my heart-based training to those looking for peaceful approaches to the collective overwhelm of today’s world.
