The root of joy is gratefulness... It is not joy that makes us grateful; it is gratitude that makes us joyful ~ Brother David Steindl-rast
I am dedicating this website to the memory of my grandmother, Alice. I also take this opportunity to give heartfelt gratitude and an eternity of loving thanks to my teachers, Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, to everyone at MMTCP (Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certificate Program), and Tami Simon for making this all possible, to my amazing MMTCP mentor, Dawn Haney and my beautiful cohort comprising of Tiina Alto, Jess Sanderson, Emelie Kihlstrom, Amy Bernstein, Jack Blair and Ashley Crate - we've done it together.
I hold dear to my heart my friends who became my original core of steady attendees in my personal meditation group as I practiced my teaching: Karen Boatwright, Deborah Grose, Mark Freudenberger, Jennifer Rossetti, Silvia Kogan and Bernard Carr. Many thanks and love to Kirsty Lucinda Allan for hosting my Practicum on her website geared for highly sensitive people (HSP), the If Crowd. Love and gratitude to Melissa De Witte for editing and suggestions, and to Kola Adefope who made my website collaboratively with me and is a contributor in so many ways to my practice.

When I started following Lee’s weekly meditations on Zoom, I first received an inviting announcement. When I opened this, the first thing I saw was an expressive and colorful photograph of an image from nature. Secondly, I read the mystical saying from global wisdom traditions that was to be found underneath the telling photo. Through the saying I immediately contacted the power of non-duality; the photo brought me the absolute beauty and simplicity of nature. There it was, right away when opening the mail, this mysterious energy of wonder and mystery. When following the meditation on Zoom a couple of days later, I reach an unexpected and surprisingly profound relaxation. Lee brings me to unknown and often unreachable inner spaces of deep silence, relaxation and rest that normally stay hidden and veiled for me. I consider this a great gift for which I am grateful. Well done, Lee and thanks again.

I've been meditating using apps for ten years or more. However, Lee's wonderful group meditation sessions opened me up to a new experience of meditation, going deeper than I'd experienced before. Lee is a wonderful, friendly, and welcoming host, and her sessions are a great experience for me.
